Walk For The Water

Walk for the Water, begins Friday November 14, 2008

Seven Day Walk to Protect Surface Springs

Beginning with a traditional Native Sunrise Ceremony at 8am Friday November 14, 2008, Danny Beaton will lead a 7-day walk from Tiny Township, Ontario to Queen's Park.

The Walk will deliver a vital message to Premier Dalton McGuinty that Dump Site 41 must be stopped or risk poisoning on of Ontario's most pristine natural water supplies, the Alliston aquifer.
